train from 730 to 1000 in skool..
and 1130 to 1330 at sbc..
1500 to 1900 at alj trg ground..

did my third warm up of the dae and did 8 drills of 2 man fast break..
almost died there...
and did the 5 man fast breaks route which aft doin it over and over again,my grp atil CMI..
played 5on5..
and was dismissed..
ooh..ytd was fridae the 13.!
wasnt tt bad for me..
