back from indo.!
day 1
arrive in lombok airport,took a BLOODY 3 hours car ride to the lodge which KILLS us.
bloody scared of car ride since then,when i alight from the car,cant even stand properly.
then came dinner,which mr han has to puke before he eats due to the car ride..haha
..btw,its bloody cold already..
ooh ya,and we had these strawberry after dinner which is grown there.its SWEET.!
day 2
woke up at 6,had breakfast at 7..
and another 5 mins car ride to the village,
and its the start of our 3 days 2 nights in Mt Rinjani.
on our way up,we have to walk pass the garlic and oinion farm.
den there's piles and piles of shit EVERYWHERE,
any of your steps could just be on a big pile of SHIT.
den trek all the way up into the clouds(COLD.!)
trek from 8am to 6pm to reach our campsite.
once the sun set,its freaking cold,with the big strong wind,really kills man..
had a early night and woke up EARLY..
day 3
2AM..and starts trekking in the COLD and DARK to the submit ..
its hell long and tiring.!
took 7 hours to go up.! the sun rise on our way up.
its seems so decieving when you see 2 more humps,and when you pass 1,
you'll see 2 more,and when you pass another 1,you'll still see 2 more.!
until the last ultra long lap..its freaking steep.and its all lil lil stones..
every step you take,you'll slide at least half a step.
if not,just slip and slide down..rawk.!
and the feeling of reaching the submit was.. .. ..HAHAHA.!YES.!
its SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.!
you passed through clouds and ure now above the clouds.!
what more,ure on the height of 3726 m.!and u got on with your FEET.!
and the clouds all looks just like cotton candy =p
den on ours way down,its FREE FALL..
yea.mean..we fall like free XD,just 2 steps down the submit,i fell..
another few steps..fall again.fall until my butt pain..den the guild helped me down..
and the ONLY way to go down,is to lean back and act like ure skiing..
even with his help ,i still fall..hee..casue its really inhuman..=X
and the worst part of all,is when there is this narrow part where only 1 person can pass,
and have to walk side ways kind,i slipped and almost fall back(which is down the side of the mountain) and almost killed myself..heng the guild was just behind and pulled my back..
arbo i really take 2 minutes to go down =X.
on the way down,there this very slippery path where 3 ppl,the Liana,Liyana, and i fell on the same spot,at the same time..faint.!
and finally,we only took 1 hour plus to reach the campsite=)
but i cant tahan the lack of oxygen,my head start to ache like hell when we reach the campsite..
took panadol and drank lots of water and die in the tent till we set of for out next camp site.
which where the 200-300 meter deep lake is,which also means where the volcano is.
den we went to this hot spring which is HEAVEN *grin*
its really hot,but shiok casue its the only time that ure taking a hot bath and its warm in the cold.
den back to the campsite,heard the wild boar but didnt get to see it cause the porters chased it away.
lots and lots of wild dogs and monkeys ..[[argh]]..
day 4
LAST DAY on Mt Rinjani.!
we went around the lake,like spider..u've got to stick to the rocks and climb your way through.
then took 3 hours up these very steep rocks..like the real rock climbing..more real than those walls of cause..and its hell tiring,but that's the route to get out..
to climb 3 hours up another mountain,and 4 hours down to get out..
den from rocks,became soil and we reach the rain forest which is already pretty wet,
and half way out,its rained-.-
and it get even slippery..
and we RAN downwards like really RAN down that 4 km rain forest.
cant slow down cause once u stop.you'll fall,so to save our butt,we all ran..=)
on the way down,found some rashberry tree.
pluck a few,and tried.. taste very lil bit of sweetness,but quite tasteless anw.
and after we reach the bottom which mean got out,we still must walk another 2km to our lodge.
and when we reach our lodge,its another heaven.!(even though its not actually good,cause when you shower half way,the water will suddenly stop.and its still freaking cold.)
had dinner ,considered damn nice.cause we had been eating LONG BEANS CARROTS and CABBAGES for the pass 3 days up there..and its all the same 3 kind of veg can.?!

after presentation,its free and easy.! everyone rushed to get a bottle of coke,!haha.!
even i had one=) its on rafi(adc's president)
den we watch the indo show which is so drama la,like power ranger lidat =X
day 5
thought all the climbings will be over,but NO.!
we went to this waterfall,which still need us to climb up and down,and the water is freaking cold.!
worst then the shower..faint..cannot tahan..
visit 2 water fall,then went back to the lodge,change and to the RESORT.!!(cheers.!)
this time round its a 2 hours ride,but a smooth one.(heng ar)
there's this point of time ,we passed by this village where they're having this funeral.than this crazy plum fellow hit on our van's door and said some alient words to us,kind of chasing us away.
and to yeahness,we reached.!its freaking nice=)
clear blue sea with big wave=)
after settling down we took "blue bird" cap to their so called town in lombok.
and after much consideration,we had our dinner at [outback]
outback is opened by this australla couple.
but we have to wait pretty long ask the seafood we ordered,has to wait for the agent to
delivery down.but its really fresh like.. .. .. FRESH=]
lots of locals who tries to cheat our money..irritating..
speak to us in all different language..
faint..
and most importantly,its the FIRST TIME that i think its so difficult to spend money.! there's nothing ,really nothing for us to buy at all..faint..
and the scary part is where we saw this few motor,with ppl holding rifle and gun..

den we went back to the resort,chatted with the mr guru,han and wilfred till 2 am,
then the old men cant take it,went to sleep,and we continue playing our cards and room service..
haha,hungry..but my food sucks la.!argh..nvm..
until 4 plus,everyone went to sleep for 2 hours.
day 6
wanted to swim but was cancelled..
had breakfast and vroom vroom,we went to the airport.
who knows,the vice president of indonesia came home,then we all have to wait for him to leave the airport before we enter and the roads are all jam because of the big deal.and we have to wait for 2 hours for our flight also because of him-.-[casue our plane cannot land when his plane is still around].
reached singapore at 3 plus which is suppose to be arriving at 2.
sunday
9am nyp training,almost die..went home rest awhile.
and has to go for kembangan trg..,maddness,i keep falling and almost sprain my ankle twice.
think my ankle and knees are too tired..
monday
my entire day was spent with ah ma,
brought her to SGH to see doc about her eye,
so malu,ah ma always so kan jiong,take bus also kan jiong,wait for her turn also kan jiong,
make me kan jiong also..
tuesday
TRAINING again..9 ppl came.
ran AGAIN,7 and 6 rounds,heng 5 and 4 is taken away =X
but my ankle and knee cant take it,starts to hurt again..
court trg was no better.
全部都是木头。！
